What happens when I hit my conversation limit?
Coasting is in early access and plan limits are not enforced yet. We will give notice before that changes.
What counts as an AI credit?
Each AI-powered action uses one credit: auto-responses to customer messages, draft generation for agents, and conversation summarization. Viewing suggestions or knowledge base lookups are free.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Paid plans are opening soon. Until then every workspace runs on the free plan. Once they open, you can move between plans at any time with no contract.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No. All plans are month-to-month. You can cancel anytime and your account stays active until the end of your current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card payments through Stripe, once paid plans open.
What kind of support do I get?
All plans include email support. Growth plans include priority email support with faster response times. Scale plans include priority support with dedicated onboarding assistance.
