What happens when I hit my conversation limit?
You can still view and respond to existing conversations, but new inbound conversations will be queued until your next billing cycle. You can upgrade your plan at any time to immediately increase your limit.
What counts as an AI credit?
Each AI-powered action uses one credit: auto-responses to customer messages, draft generation for agents, and conversation summarization. Viewing suggestions or knowledge base lookups are free.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No. All plans are month-to-month. You can cancel anytime and your account stays active until the end of your current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. For annual plans on Scale, we can also accommodate invoicing and bank transfers.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes! Annual plans save you 20% compared to monthly billing. Contact us for annual pricing on Growth and Scale plans.
