Coasting is an AI-native customer support platform designed for Shopify merchants. The Service includes a shared inbox, AI-powered conversation assistance, knowledge base, chat widget, and related features.

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that is harmful, fraudulent, or violates any third party's rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Coasting and its licensors. You retain all rights to your content uploaded to the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Coasting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date.
